With the economy down, many people have turned to playing the lottery in hope of getting a major boost to their income. Lottery tickets are extremely easy to purchase, but one has to be 18 or older. They are sold in various places such as gas stations, grocery stores, and lottery vending machines. The prices range from one dollar and to twenty dollars. The Tennessee Lottery has launched a new game entitled “$3,000,000 Mega Cash” this lottery scratch off is worth twenty dollars. Many are interested in playing the game because of the enormous grand prize of three million dollars. There are several types of lottery tickets and games such as pick three and scratch offs. The most common of lottery games in the United States is Powerball and Mega Millions. In these types of lotteries on is asked to pick anywhere from five to seven numbers plus one additional number. This additional number is also called a power ball number or a bonus number.
